Hello, my name is Patrick Fulke.

I am a credentialed California teacher with over 32 years of classroom experience and five years of private tutoring. Throughout my career, I have worked with students across a wide range of abilities and learning needs, which has given me a deep understanding of why students struggle — and how to support them effectively.

I work with elementary through high school students who need structured, supportive instruction in reading, writing, English, history, government, and standardized test preparation. My approach is calm, methodical, and individualized, allowing students to feel supported while building essential academic skills.

My goal is not only to help students complete assignments, but to strengthen foundational skills, build confidence, and help students become more independent and capable learners over time.

Who I Work Best With

I work best with students who benefit from structured instruction, clear explanations, and consistent academic support. This approach is particularly helpful for students who feel frustrated, anxious, or behind in reading and writing.

Hourly Rates

$40 per hour — Grades 3–8 (Elementary & Middle School)
$50 per hour — Grades 9–12 (High School)
